The Official Master's degree in Administrative Management offered by Abat Oliba CEU University and the Catalan Higher Institute of Administrative Management (ISGAC) —a non-profit organisation set up by the Official College of Administrative Managers of Catalonia—, provides official postgraduate training that prepares students to work as administrative managers. The course is specially adapted to cover the legal functions involved in the profession meaning.

Given the comprehensive nature of the course, the Official College of Administrative Managers of Catalonia exempts students who have passed the master's degree from taking the state entry exam to practise in the field, and allows them to register as soon as they have completed it.

Likewise, this Master's Degree covers the new technical requirements that derive from the implementation of new information technologies, as well as the new requirements in terms of the advisory role of administrative managers, especially in the case of companies. It also provides students with the knowledge they need of finances and accounting not normally required to enter the profession given the fact they are mainly legal in nature.

Tuition fees correspond, solely and exclusively, to the provision of teaching as part of the programme enrolled on, and this is the only service offered in exchange for the payment of those fees. By enrolling, the student accepts that decisions made by the competent authorities may, directly or indirectly, render it necessary to carry out teaching, tutoring, work placements or assessment tests either in person or via distance learning.

The student accepts that they remain obliged to pay any such fees in full even if, for reasons beyond the control of the University, some of the educational activities included in the degree cannot be carried out as initially provided for in the course guides at the beginning of the academic year. If restrictions are part in place, the University will provide the student with a guarantee that the activity will be rescheduled when possible, taking into consideration the interests of the student and any other applicable academic criteria.

50% paid upon enrolment and the remaining 50% paid in January.
Payment of the enrolment fee can be made by making a deposit into the bank account held by ISGAC. It can also be done by taking out a bank loan

PERFIL DE INGRESO

Los candidatos al programa máster universitario en Gestión Administrativa deben poseer una titulación universitaria superior española (diplomatura, licenciatura o ingeniería superior) o extranjera (equivalente a un Bachelor’s degree en el sistema anglosajón).

Este perfil incluye:

  • Licenciados, diplomados y graduados en el ámbito de las ciencias jurídicas, económicas o políticas (especialidades reconocidas para el acceso a la profesión de gestor administrativo) e interesados en desarrollar o perfeccionar su carrera profesional en el ámbito de la gestión administrativa y que manifiesten una vocación orientada al ejercicio de la profesión liberal.
  • Titulados conforme a sistemas educativos ajenos al Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior, sin necesidad de tener sus títulos homologados. La Universitat comprobará previamente que acreditan un nivel de formación equivalente a los correspondientes títulos universitarios oficiales españoles y que facultan en el país expedidor del título para el acceso a enseñanzas de postgrado.

Este programa formativo no exige una experiencia previa en el ámbito de la gestión administrativa.

OBJETIVOS

  • El máster universitario en Gestión Administrativa tiene como objetivo general la adquisición de una formación integral y de carácter profesional, orientada a especializar personas graduadas en el ámbito de las ciencias sociales como gestoras administrativas.
  • Las materias que componen el máster universitario en Gestión Administrativa responden a la necesidad de que los estudiantes adquieran una capacitación integrada y sistematizada de las técnicas a emplear en el ámbito de la gestión administrativa.
  • El alumnado conseguirá representar, asesorar y gestionar clientes de acuerdo con el régimen jurídico vigente frente a los órganos de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común. Finalmente, los alumnos se formarán como gestores administrativos con unos conocimientos y unas competencias profesionales en todos los ámbitos.
